You'll have the possibility to make your selection and get in touch with them directly to discuss the package you want to offer them. When you hire one of the talent, we kindly ask to register it so we can track how many are hired and followup with you to know how it was. Evaluation is a big part of the tool, which let you know how the talent behaved on previous experiences.
